We ship with USPS carrier service. Prices are determined by the weight of the package and the location. Shipping & handling is a taxable service. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States of America.
Express (2 business days): Prices vary by weight
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business days): Prices vary by weight
Starred Candles doesn't ship Internationally. Many of our International customers use a Freight Forwarder. In order to do so, place your order on our website, then choose Paypal as your form of payment. Make sure that you use the shipping address that your freight forwarder gives you. Starred Candles will not be held responsible for any problems with customs, damages caused by your freight forwarder, lost deliveries, or any other regulations that are mandated by your country. Natures Garden will not credit orders or provide replacement orders for any orders that ship via freight forwarder.
All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
PayPal: If the merchandise is returned by mail, your PayPal account will be credited.
ll returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
